The public is unaware or uneducated about the Wellness industry with pre-conceived ideas of what it is.  This is an opportunity for you to show them how your practice can help them look after and improve their own mental health.

Joining the Kirstenhof Wellness Expo as an exhibitor is the perfect opportunity to showcase your unique products and services, connect with local customers, and raise awareness around self-care, mental health and wellness.

It is about showing up and helping re-shape the image of wellness in our communities.  It is about showcasing your practice and educating the public of what is available in their own neighbourhood.  It is also about demystifying and destigmatizing the industry as a whole.   People are fearful of the unknown, so now you can introduce your methodologies and even offer sample experiences on the day.

By registering as an exhibitor, you're not just setting up a stand—you're joining a community that values and supports local business talent and services and celebrates diversity and providing essential mental health services to the area.

The first Kirstenhof Wellness Expo will be on 25 October 2025 from 9am – 3pm at CHS Life Centre in Raapkraal Rd.

Register as an exhibitor and booking will open on 1 October 2025 on a first come first served basis.

There will be three stand sizes available:

Gazebo - 3m      – R400
Large     – 2m       – R350

Small     - 1.5m   -  R250

These prices do not include gazebos or tables.

Where this market differs is that it is all about Wellness:  Vendors will be vetted beforehand and accepted based on whether there is a wellness theme to your product/practice or service.

Registration is not confirmation of a stand being booked but gains you access to the booking portal and information around the expos and markets, costs, stand size and conditions. It is also not a commitment from you to book for a particular event.
